Presentation

The WAGG is a non-governmental organization accredited to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) with special status granted by the Secretary-General. We work to promote the principles of good governance throughout the world.

Our Mission

The WAGG is dedicated to advancing the principles of good governance at all levels of society. True to the ideals of multilateralism and inspired by European and international guidelines, we are committed to training and raising awareness among political actors, business leaders, and the general public about the governance methods needed to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

Our primary ambition is to serve as a conduit for the values and standards promoted by the United Nations system, in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Through our activities, we work to disseminate the knowledge essential for establishing effective, ethical, and transparent governance, whether within states, NGOs, civil society, businesses, or any other network.

Our Actions

The WAGG stands out for its ability to initiate and support a multitude of actions aimed at strengthening global governance, while remaining aligned with current and future priorities. Our mission is based on promoting a culture of good governance, with continuous adaptation to the changes of our time for governments and their institutions. We offer expertise, training, and conferences given by competent and renowned figures in order to promote more informed governance.
